Na tomto tele stroja s\u00fa umiestnen\u00e9 pridr\u017eiavacie a oh\u00fdbacie zariadenia a\u00a0technol\u00f3gie zabezpe\u010duj\u00face pohyb a\u00a0polohovanie t\u00fdchto zariaden\u00ed. V prednej \u010dasti stroja je umiestnen\u00e9 polohovacie a manipula\u010dn\u00e9 zariadenie (manipul\u00e1tor), ktor\u00e9 po\u010das procesu oh\u00fdbania umiest\u0148uje oh\u00fdban\u00fd diel do spr\u00e1vnej polohy vzh\u013eadom na ka\u017ed\u00fa os ohybu.<\/p>\n<p>Automatick\u00fd oh\u00fdbaci cyklus za\u010d\u00edna umiestnen\u00edm materi\u00e1lu do referen\u010dnej polohy a jeho vycentrovan\u00edm pomocou fixa\u010dn\u00fdch pinov. Polohovacie a\u00a0manipula\u010dn\u00e9 zariadenie s\u00a0plechom n\u00e1sledne pohybuje a\u00a0ot\u00e1\u010da ho pod\u013ea potreby a\u00a0sledu jednotliv\u00fdch ohybov. Po\u010das jednotliv\u00fdch ohybov je plech pevne upnut\u00fd medzi horn\u00fdmi a\u00a0spodn\u00fdmi pridr\u017eiavac\u00edmi n\u00e1strojmi a\u00a0oh\u00fdbacie zariadenie vykon\u00e1va ohyby. Cel\u00fd tento proces sa deje plne automaticky.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1\u0161 stroj je schopn\u00fd spracov\u00e1va\u0165 oh\u00fdban\u00edm plechy hr\u00fabok <strong>od 0,5 do 3,2 mm<\/strong> (\u010dierny materi\u00e1l). Hlin\u00edkov\u00fd plech do hr\u00fabky <strong>4 mm<\/strong> a\u00a0nerezov\u00fd plech do hr\u00fabky <strong>2,2 mm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dizajn r\u00e1mu:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u010faka zosilnenej \u0161trukt\u00fare r\u00e1mu s\u00fa minimalizovan\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky roz\u0165ahovania a\u00a0kr\u00fatenia. T\u00fdmto je mo\u017en\u00e9 analyzova\u0165 ako je r\u00e1m po\u010das procesu oh\u00fdbania ovplyv\u0148ovan\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fd\u0161ka r\u00e1mu je navrhnut\u00e1 optim\u00e1lne vzh\u013eadom na minimalizovanie jeho priehybu. Tento extr\u00e9mne tuh\u00fd r\u00e1m je vibra\u010dne zbaven\u00fd zvy\u0161kov\u00e9ho vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho nap\u00e4tie po zv\u00e1ran\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Rovnobe\u017enos\u0165 v\u0161etk\u00fdch os\u00ed stroja je zabezpe\u010den\u00e1 obroben\u00edm zvarenca r\u00e1mu na 5-os\u00edch CNC obr\u00e1bac\u00edch centr\u00e1ch.
