Umiestnenie riadiacej jednotky do stredu lisu, vysok\u00e9 r\u00fdchlosti polohovania barana a tich\u00fd chod predur\u010duj\u00fa tento lis na r\u00fdchlu a komfortn\u00fa v\u00fdrobu men\u0161\u00edch dielov. V\u010faka jednoduchosti programovania v\u00a0\u010deskom jazyku je doba od zadania parametrov v\u00fdrobku do riadiacej jednotky a\u017e po jeho v\u00fdrobu minim\u00e1lna. \u00a0Po zadan\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch parametrov v\u00fdrobku (typ a hr\u00fabka materi\u00e1lu, rozmery a po\u017eadovan\u00e9 uhly) syst\u00e9m automaticky navrhne sled jednotliv\u00fdch ohybov, polohuje v\u0161etky riaden\u00e9 osy. Po vykonan\u00ed ohybu sa na obrazovke zobraz\u00ed nasleduj\u00faci ohyb, \u010do spreh\u013ead\u0148uje pr\u00e1cu obsluhe pri manipul\u00e1cii s plechom.<\/p>\n<p>Riadiaca jednotka umo\u017e\u0148uje zobrazi\u0165 pripadne kol\u00edzie v\u00fdrobku s\u00a0n\u00e1strojmi, \u010do napom\u00e1ha v\u00fdberu spr\u00e1vnych tvarov n\u00e1strojov. Syst\u00e9m polohovania barana umo\u017e\u0148uje sledovanie polohy v re\u00e1lnom \u010dase a \u00fapln\u00fa kontrolu v\u0161etk\u00fdch r\u00fdchlost\u00ed, pol\u00f4h a d\u00f4b zotrvania barana. Grafick\u00e1 kni\u017enica v\u00fdrobkov umo\u017e\u0148uje ulo\u017ei\u0165 a kedyko\u013evek vyvola\u0165 naprogramovan\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky.
